Batman 686 - Whatever Happened to the Caped Crusader?

Now this is what I'm talking about! Neil Gaiman and Andy Kubert rocked Batman with the first of two oversized issues that cap Batman's life, including a gorgeous look back at Selina and Batman's relationship through the years.

Here are a few preview pages from early in Batman 686. This issue show cases Catwoman and Alfred, with a reimagining of Catwoman's first appearance, to her turning over a new leaf and teaming-up with Batman.

Wow, what an issue! I can't wait for the conclusion!

Post - NYCC 2009

My New York Comic Con experience was a dazzling experience! I got to meet the afore mentioned people: Bruce Timm, Dean Yeagle, Kevin Maguire, and Jose Luis Garcia-Lopez. Plus, I met Dave Gibbons and Gene Colan and saw so many inspirational creators, like Brian Bolland, Jerry Robinson, Carmine Infantino, etc. Gene and Adrienne Colan took my sketchbook and promised a take home Catwoman commission for me.
